As stated in our General Terms and Conditions, any request to cancel a canteen subscription must reach us no later than 30 September.

After this date, subscriptions will remain active until the end of the first term, and any cancellation can only take effect from January onwards.

We invite you to check the subscriptions and registered lunch days for your child(ren) in your Secured Zone.

In addition, some students have contacted us directly to request changes to their lunch days in order to adapt them to their timetable. We have accepted these changes on the understanding that they would inform you beforehand, so that the modifications reflect your wishes.

We would therefore kindly ask you to verify that the days currently recorded in your Private Area correspond to those you have approved. If any modification requested by your child does not suit you, please let us know before 30 September.
