We are pleased to inform you that myNetPay accounts are now available. You can now activate your account and manage your child(ren)’s KeyFob balance directly through the myNetPay app for purchases at the cafeteria, or occasional meals at the canteen. Important reminder: regular subscriptions to the canteen are already recorded on your child(ren)’s KeyFob and are not managed through myNetPay.
We know that many families have been waiting for access to the platform and we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding while the technicalities related to the setting of this service were being finalised.
What is myNetPay?
myNetPay is a digital payment platform used by the APEEE Brussels II to manage cashless payments at the cafeteria and for occasional meals at the Woluwe Canteen. Designed to make everyday payments easier and give parents greater visibility over their children’s spending, myNetPay allows you to:
- Activate and manage your child’s KeyFob account through the app.
- Top up the KeyFob balance remotely, in just a few clicks, without needing to use the recharge terminals at school.
- Monitor spending and transactions in real time, helping you keep track of cafeteria purchases and occasional meals.
- Check the available balance at any time.
How to get started
To activate and use your account, please follow the step-by-step guide: How to download the myNetPay app and obtain your login credentials. This procedure replaces the previously communicated indication that credentials would be sent upon request by email.
What do I need a NetPay account for?
Creating a myNetPay account is entirely optional.
The myNetPay app allows to:
- Check the available balance on your child’s KeyFob;
- Top up your child’s account remotely.
Reminder: KeyFobs can also be topped up using the recharge terminals available at school. For students wishing to top up their KeyFobs with cash, a cash top-up service is available every school day, from 8.00 am to 11.00 am and from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm, with a minimum top-up amount of €20.
What can the KeyFob balance be used for?
Your child’s KeyFob serves as a cashless payment method for purchases at the Woluwe cafeteria and for occasional meals at the canteen:
- Cafeteria purchases: pupils can use their KeyFob to purchase snacks, drinks and other items available at the cafeteria.
- Occasional meals: if your child wishes to have lunch on a day for which they are not registered, they can use their KeyFob to pay for an occasional meal at a cost of €9.80 per meal.
My child does not yet have a KeyFob
Parents wishing to request a KeyFob for their child are kindly asked to complete the online form. Once submitted, the Canteen Service will send a confirmation email to the address provided, informing parents when their child can collect their KeyFob from the Canteen Office during a school break. The €10 KeyFob deposit invoice will follow later on.
Transition Period
Cash payments will continue to be accepted at the Woluwe cafeteria until 31 December 2026.
From 1 January 2027, payments at the cafeteria and purchase of occasional meals at the canteen will be made exclusively using the KeyFob.
We therefore encourage families to ensure that their children have a KeyFob and are familiar with the available top-up options before this date, if they wish to use the cafeteria or purchase occasional meals at the canteen.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
